𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢:
𝗢𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘁𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁:
You may access your newly acquired DeeTorrStudio digital product by clicking your profile photo, in which the drop-down menu will pop up, then select “purchases.” Your purchases will appear, and on the right of each purchase, you will select “Download files.”

For some reason, downloading digital purchases is not available via the Etsy app at the moment. To access your files on a device, see the instructions below…

𝗢𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘁𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁:
Using your device’s web browser in “desktop mode,” you may access your purchase by selecting your profile photo, then the drop-down menu will appear, then select “purchases.” Your purchases will appear. On the right of each purchase, you will select “Download files.”

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁:
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing a link to download your files. Check on your junk or spam in case the email is instead, sent to those folders.
